We currently don’t provide any sort of analytics inside the app but do add a property named __ucd and it has values depending on which section of cart drawer they were added from. For eg. if an item is added via Automatic Product Recommendations, the property will have a value Automatic Product Recommendation and if the item was added from Upsells, the property will have value Upsells and so on.

Shopify by default doesn’t export those properties when you export your orders so it is not possible to generate a report depending on them. However there are some other exporting apps on app store which you might be able to use and export those properties.

Another thing to note, some people might click on product name or image in the recommendations and add the item from product page then, in those cases our app doesn’t add the property. So I wouldn’t say that the analytics you get using just the property is accurate.
